This program will undergo a significant transformation as we progress through our educational accreditation process with ATH (, becoming our bachelor's degree program. This involves name changes and substantial expansion. 

The training program is designed for committed Christians seeking to obtain a ministry-oriented education. This preparation equips students to effectively handle the Word of God and daily responsibilities within the church. 

Educative offer :

  • Courses: elective and individual courses 
  • Leadership training: It is a BTCL program. 275 class hours will be needed for this option. See below in detail.
  • Associate: This is a 5 class BTCP + Church Planting program equivalent to 400 class hours
  • Pastoral Training: It is a program consisting of 10 classes (= 10 books) that will take at least six semesters to complete the more than 520 class hours necessary to complete the program.
  • Bachelor's degree: We will soon open a 120 Credits

Through this material the student will:

  • Equips with knowledge and practical skills.
  • Gets a comprehensive church-based education
  • It exhorts students to personal obedience and growth toward maturity in Christ.
  • Focused on Biblical principles, truths and concepts, not mere accumulation of knowledge

Details of main classes

Book #1 


An introduction to basic Bible study methods and rules of interpretation 
with an emphasis on accurately understanding and obey​ing God's Word and developing practical skills. Students will learn to determine what Scripture says, what it means, and how it can be applied..

Course objectives:


Train pastors and church leaders to properly and systematically study and interpret the Bible in order to "rightly handle the Word of Truth" so that they can be "equipped for every good work."

Bring pastors and church leaders to an awareness of their need to personally apply and obey the Bible as they preach and teach others.

Demonstrate that an important purpose of Bible study is personal “righteousness training” so that pastors and church leaders become more like Jesus Christ.

Emphasize the need to depend absolutely and totally on the enlightening and teaching ministry of the indwelling Holy Spirit.

Encourage pastors and church leaders to engage in regular, serious, personal Bible study of the text of Scripture.

Book #2 


Old Testament Study

A comprehensive overview and study of the Old Testament designed to emphasize the structure, theme, and message of the Old Testament and each of its 39 individual books to provide insight into God's self-revelation and plan of redemption.

Course objectives:


To teach pastors and church leaders the broad scope of Old Testament theological history as it relates to Israel and God's plan of redemption.

Bring pastors and church leaders to a clear understanding of the relationship between the Old Testament and the New Testament.

Bring pastors and church leaders to a better understanding and appreciation of:

• Who is God
• Who is the man
• the purpose for which man was created
• the nature and consequences of sin
• the merciful love and mercy of God expressed in redemption
• the integrity, unity, and value of God's Word.

Book #3


A general study of the New Testament 

A general study of the New Testament that focuses on the theme, purpose, structure, and basic content of each individual book ​and relates each book to the entire Bible. Strong emphasis is als​o placed on the application message of each book.

Course objectives:


To provide pastors and churc​h leaders with the knowledge necessary to understand the essential meaning and importance of the New Testament as it relates to salvation and sanctification.
Train pastors and church leaders in the use of the survey study method, including book charts.
Instruct pastors and church leaders in the basic content of each New Testament book and how that content applies today.Increase appreciation for the scope, unity, purpose, and reliability of Scripture.
Prepare pastors and church leaders
Improve understanding of the person and work of Jesus Christ.
Reinforce dependence on the Word of God as a fundamental resource of the ministry. 
Encourage pastors and church leaders to preach and teach New Testament principles, truths, and concepts.
Knowing the content and structure of the New Testament will enable pastors and church leaders to know Christ more fully and minister to people more effectively.

Book #4

Preaching of Biblical Messages and Pastoral Ministry

The first part of this course, Preaching Biblical Messages, is designed to equip and train pastors with the knowledge and skills necessary to prepare and communicate expository messages from God's Word. The goal of these messages is to be biblically accurate and responsive to people's needs. Emphasis is placed on the practical preparation of the preacher and his message with numerous examples and practice tasks. The second part of the course, Pastoral Ministry, is designed to equip pastors with the knowledge and practical skills necessary for effective church ministry that is fruitful from God's perspective

Course objectives:

Demonstrate from the Scriptures the need for expository preaching of the Word of God and train pastors to communicate the Word of God.
Teach pastors what the Bible says about their qualifications, roles, and responsibilities from God's perspective as servants of Christ and His church.
Train pastors in the basic skills to prepare accurate biblical messages.
Emphasize the need to allow the text of Scripture to determine both the content and the structure of the message.
Provide instruction on how to productively and practically carry out the pastoral ministry in the church.
To warn pastors about those things that lead to "burnout" and failure in ministry.
Show that the goal of preaching is life change: becoming more like Jesus Christ.
The Christ-honoring pastor is committed to communicating God's Word and ministering to the people God has entrusted to him.

Book #5 

Biblical Doctrine 

A survey and summary of the top ten doctrines of the Bible with an emphasis on the pastor or church leader knowing God more fully as he understands and practices sound theology.

Teach pastors and church leaders the fundamental truths of biblical doctrine.
Bring pastors and church leaders to a deeper understanding and appreciation of God.
Enrich the personal relationship of the pastor and church leader with God.
Train pastors and church leaders to teach correct doctrine and refute false doctrine.
Train pastors and church leaders to see that correct belief must be reflected in correct behavior.
Let him who boasts glory in this: that he knows and understands God. (Jeremiah 9:23-24)

Book #6 

Personal Spiritual Life

This course is designed to teach pastors and church leaders the basic concepts and principles of the spiritual life so that they can personally grow toward spiritual maturity and live a life that is pleasing to God.

Instruct pastors and church leaders in the basic principles and truths related to the spiritual life.
Bring pastors and church leaders to understand their position in Jesus Christ and the essential resources that God has provided through the Word and the Holy Spirit.
Train pastors and church leaders to participate successfully in the process of growing toward spiritual maturity through practical application and obedience.
Suggest to pastors and church leaders what the believer should know and do regarding the basic areas of spiritual life.
The pastor or leader of the church must grow personally in his relationship with Christ and with others.

Book #7 

Church Ministry and Administration
This course is designed to teach pastors and church leaders the basic concepts and principles of the spiritual life so that they can personally grow toward spiritual maturity and live a life that is pleasing to God.

Course objectives:


To teach pastors and church leaders the nature, structure, purpose, and priorities of the church as a spiritual organism.
Instruct pastors and church leaders regarding the principles and practice of the “life of the body” in the church.
Train pastors and church leaders on how to meet the ministry needs of church members.
Equip pastors and church leaders in the principles and practice of operating and managing the church as a structural organization.
Train pastors and church leaders to understand and implement an effective ministry of Biblical education in the church to “build up” the body of Christ.
When the church functions properly and effectively as a spiritual organization in the areas of ministry, administration, and education, the real needs of the people will be met, the church will grow to spiritual maturity, and God will be glorified as his kingdom advances.

Principles and Teaching Methods
Designed to equip pastors and church leaders with the kn​owledge and skills necessary to teach God's Word effectively. Much emphasis is placed on the pastor's role as teacher and on the biblical goal of teaching.

Course objectives:


Demonstrate from Scripture the importance of expository teaching of God's Word.
Practically train pastors and church leaders in basic principles and teaching methods.
Emphasize the importance of the teacher's spiritual preparation and dependence on the Holy Spirit.
Train pastors and church leaders to understand that true learning involves life change.
Practically equipping pastors and church leaders to teach the Bible effectively so that the church is not biblically undernourished but grows to spiritual maturity.
Teach the Word so that people can grow to maturity in Christ.

Book #9

Church History Survey
This course is designed to introduce pastors and church leaders to key people; the main political, historical and cultural events; the main religious movements; and the doctrinal issues that have influenced and shaped the Christian church throughout its 2,000-year history.

Course objectives:


Teach pastors and church leaders the main facts, significant events, and major movements that have impacted the Christian church in history.
Familiarize pastors and church leaders with key figures in church history whose lives have influenced the church.
Instruct pastors and church leaders in the biblical principles by which the church should have operated throughout the centuries.
Bring pastors and church leaders to be aware of both the triumphs and the failures of the church in history.
Encourage pastors and church leaders to learn from the lessons of church history what the church should and should not do.
Re-emphasize to pastors and church leaders the need for the church to maintain pure doctrine and practice.
Train pastors and church leaders to gain a proper historical perspective of the church today to understand its current condition and challenge.
Missions is the mission of the church.

Missionary Evangelism and Discipleship​

This three-part course is designed to ground pastors and church leaders in the basic biblical principles of missions, evangelism, and discipleship so that the church can fulfill its God-given task of leading the lost to Christ and building them up in Christ.

Course objectives:


Teach pastors and church leaders that missions is the primary ministry of the church.
Instruct pastors and church leaders in the biblical foundation, principles, and practice of missions.
Help pastors and church leaders develop a missions mindset and ministry in the church.
To dispel and address common myths, misconceptions, and quest roadblocks.
Convince pastors and church leaders that the church is God's channel to testify of Christ in the world.
Show that evangelism is the first requirement to fulfill the Great Commission.
Train pastors and church leaders in the content and communication of the true Gospel and point out false "gospels".
Train pastors and church leaders to build an evangelistic mindset and ministry in the church.
Provide basic knowledge on how to defend the Christian faith in the face of common challenges, world religions, cults and the occult.
Equip pastors and church leaders to answer contemporary moral and ethical questions from the Bible.
Demonstrate that discipleship is the second requirement to fulfill the Great Commission.
Train pastors and church leaders in the biblical principles and practices of discipleship to reach the goal of maturity in Christ and make more disciples.
